Running windows 7 on a new laptop and cant get drivers for my ti30. Ive been to Flukes website and tried to find new hardware on my machine with no luck. InsideIR loads up but does not see my docking station.

Call Jordan at Fluke (866-260-6237 x 249). My guess is they don't exist and you may need to go to SmartView instead.

Thanks John, Jordan was very helpful and quick to reply. There is a problem that Windows 7 does not support the TI30. I do have a couple of things to try and I will let you know if they work. This is a problem for others as they upgrade to a newer operating system.

Windows 7 will not support the TI30. The option of changing compatibility of the software properties did not work. Fluke will not be supporting this at least for now.
