    Agema Thermovision 510

Hello all, I work in a enforcement capacity in the UK, I have recently been signed over a Agema Thermovision 510 for night observations, however the unit (although in good condition) has some parts missing. I understand from the new supplier Flir, that they no longer support service or spares for this product.

Can anyone advise on were I can obtain the following:

    The Battery's x 2

The Battery Charger model number V80121BK01-U.S.

    The Lens/window  Cover

The 6 Volt power lead to main unit

    Camera remote control

    Any Help would be useful.

    Regards

     Dan

For battery replacement use Duracell DR-11. These are better then the originals. They are fat batteries and run for a good hour. You will need to rig up a retainer strap around the camera in order to hold them in place. Thats the only draw back but well worth it.

These are camcorder batteries with a set of 2 shoes and 3 shoes.  They are used on Sony or JVC. The unit uses JVC type batteries.

As for the charger just order a charger for the DR-11.

You can still get parts from FLIR Canada, Toronto.

    Good luck

    Carl
