I had an HVAC problem I was asked to trouble shoot.  Thermal Video helped again. Many data floors have stratification issues .The air can be stagnet because it can't move do to static pressure under the floor plenum. I retired HVAC in 02 did not have available IR at the time would LUV to have had it back then. Most of the lieberts I worked with were Chilled water tied to a central plant. Server rooms were big there were about 15 units in use no stagnant air
