    Fluke TiR1 Images

I hear people talking about it, BUT how do you convert images taken with a TiR1 or TiR to jpeg files to just use as photos??

In the shareware, SmartView, that comes with the Fluke camera, you can "export" images as one of several standard formats. This can be done one at a time or in a batch, showing just the IR or a fused (visual/IR) image and with or without the temperature scale. Try it and I'm sure you'll find it to be very simple.

Right click on the image while in Smartview, click export, then find the drop down box for file formats.  Make sure you have done all you want to the image before doing so, it is non radiometric after the export. The original image (IS2 format) is not lost, so even if you do, you can always make any changes.
