Imager options next 6 to 18 months?

Good morning all.  I recently purchased a Fluke Ti25, which is working fine for our application.  Data export via csv or text has been a big plus in our operation, as we can merge the data with other sources and apply corrections for the testing context easily.

The output of this technology has resulted in clients thinking in new ways for certain projects and I can already see demand building for 'what else can we do?'.  The good news is that this acquisition will self-fund well within the planned footprint.  The bad news is that some of these ideas, even at the drawing board stage, are going to require a more senstive instrument with better resolution, range of distances and probably higher frame rate.  I see the next step as augmenting the capabilities we have, as the Ti25 makes sense as an exploratory device and is tough enough to take into forward spots.

Looking at the price and capability changes in recent months, I've seen FLIR come out with circa $10K offerings with most of what I might need.  Still, it looks like the beginning of a trend rather than the next steady state,

So finally to my question.  What kind of cost do you think the following capabilities will realistically (as in, the camera does what the specs say) require over the medium term,:  NETD 0.05 , 320x240, 30Hz frame rate, temp range -20 to 100C (higher upper end would be better....), IR/visible fusion certainly tops the nice to have list, lense options next.
