The FLIRSDK.com is down due to a faulty Router.

Just noticed. It should be up some time next week.

I would use the http://flir.custhelp.com where you can find most of the Brochures and Manuals for all the old Cameras made by AGA - AGEMA - FLIR , As these brochures and Manuals becomes available on the FLIR Helpsite I will remove them from the www.flirsdk.com

Excuse-me, it's impossible to re-edit my previous message.

In fact I used a wrong word, it's not the brochure I want, but the instruction manual, to see the details of this B4 camera.

My questions is : can I (buy and) put an additional lens for this camera (on standard 23° lens) to get a HFOV of near 30 mm ?

If you send your information to info@flir.fr they should be able to get the log in problem to work for you.

As we do not see a problem we can not help you without your contact information, this will be needed if something got wrong when you tried the first time. You can also get the other contact informations from http://www.flir.com/thermography/eurasia/fr/

The service department at FLIR should be able to help you with this question as it might depend on the Firmware and Hardware of your B4 if it allows additional Lenses.

I know TOO MUCH Flir France and I DO NOT want to deal with this subsidiary ... The service department  of Flir France IS NOT ABBLE to give me proper information. I can't use the right words to qualify them on this forum :-) It's why I take other ways to get informations. 

And I am about to buy my tenth thermal camera, this second hand B4 ; this one (being a Flir) is only for immediate resale, but in a configuration that coul help my customer. I have to give up my mind without full informations.

You could always report your problem to sales@flir.se and they should have someone look in to why you can't log In.

If you do not want to deal with FLIR France that is sad to hear but as You have a problem, maybe you should put away your dissagreements and try again.
