We are assisting a local panel manufacturer  to design/manufacture a more thermography " friendly"  electrical panel, including customized infrared inspection viewports.

Anyone would know who are the companies who manufactures the  Infrared-transparent glasses or crystals to be used in viewports ?  

We are not looking for the  IR windows vendors such as Hawk/Cedip/Iriss, etc, but  for the actual  optical manufacturers  of the material, who could produce the  transparent glasses in different sizes/formats (ie retangular instead of circular).

Also anyone know what are the different materials an infrared crystal viewport could be made of and what are the pros and cons of each material ?

Try these, some of them are the manufaturers that supply the companies you name. This may be a very expensive option as to produce custom sizes in small quantities will have high production costs.
