The Picture was taking last summer for customer that wanted to by a house. The home inspector that looked at the house recommended me to come shoot the house to make sure the EFFIS was free of moisture. The house was up for sale for $1,000,000 and the potential buyer already put down $20,000 to hold it. After I was there we can see what I found. This was the back side of the house which was a walk out basement. So the back side of the house from the ground up to the roof line was about 25'. There were cracks up at the top under the sofit from the extreme weather in South Dakota and poor maintains to the product. Water found its way through cracks and poor caulking. As we know there is no were for the moisture to go. The buyer got there money back and the problem was fixed with quit a bit of expense. Never got the fix with Infrared I might go back this summer and see if I can get the new Picture with the fix.
