My other question is: what type of insurance do you carry for the use of Thermal Imaging? Is anyone just using Thermal by itself or using it in conjunction with home inspections? Our current policy should cover us except I have been told to look into Errors and Emissions. Does anyone have any input or recommendations? If you have this paticular insurance who did you go through to get it?
